Ballogy for Teams Refund Policy

 

We aim to be transparent and fair while maintaining the integrity of our business operations. If you would like to request a refund or cancel your Teams subscription, please complete the Request to Cancel Form or follow the instructions below to manage your Ballogy subscription. From there, you can cancel, suspend, change payment methods, or switch subscription tiers.

Auto-Renewal Refund Policy

(Request to Cancel Form must be completed)

  1. Refund Request Within 7 Days of Charge (with Processing Fee)
    If you request a refund within 7 days after your renewal date and have not significantly used the platform, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

Example:

    • Subscription = $100
    • Refund = $100 – $10 processing fee = $90
      This is a one-time courtesy per customer.

Note: Usage may include logging in, completing workouts, or accessing premium content.

  1. Partial Refund (Between 7–14 Days of Renewal)
    If your refund request is made between 7 and 14 days after the renewal date, a 50% refund will be issued.

This applies even if the platform has been accessed.

  1. Non-Refundable After 14 Days
    Refunds will not be issued 14 days or more after the renewal date. This applies to both annual and monthly subscriptions.

Customers who have already received a courtesy refund are not eligible for future refund requests.

Managing Your Subscription via Your WooCommerce Account

DIY: How to Suspend or Cancel Auto-Renewal

You may suspend or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your WooCommerce store account (refer to your original purchase email).
  2. Navigating to “My Account” and clicking on the “Subscriptions” link.
  3. Selecting “Suspend” to pause your subscription, or “Cancel” to stop future charges.

Note: Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but will not affect your current active subscription period.

Managing Payment Methods

To update your payment method for future renewals:

  1. Go to the “View Subscription” page.
  2. Click the “Change Payment” button.
  3. Enter your new payment details on the checkout page.

Switching Subscription Tiers

To switch your subscription tier:

  1. Navigate to the “View Subscription” page.
  2. Select your preferred tier from the available options.
